Why cant I stream on youtube using OBS and Restream?

I streamed previously multiple times got tons of viewers then when I went to reset stream I couldnt stream on youtube and could only stream on twitch

Have you confirmed your stream settings, incl stream key?
If you can stream to Twitch using OBS, then OBS is fine. You need to make sure your stream settings are what they should be, and that your stream provider (Restream? YouTube? etc) is properly configured

I am really trying. I streamed on restreamio the website form and it works just fine. When i paired my restream to obs stream configuation when I click stream it does not work. It has to be obs related cause restreamio on the website worked.

Correct - your OBS settings don't match what restream.io is requiring for input.
I'm not a restream.io user, so can't say for sure, but I'd expect just as you have unique stream key or other such settings for YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc, restream.io has its own settings it requires for stream input. You'd be mistaken to assume stream settings used for another provider (incl B-frames, Audio sampling rate, etc) will work at restream.io. some might, others may not.. you have to check and know (not guess/assume)

Last week I couldn't livestream to Facebook. It wasn't OBS's fault, it was ours in settings selected in creating the Scheduled Event at FB, or FB itself glitching.. not sure really which. A few hours later, I was able to stream.. to a new event...
So, my less than $0.02 is double-check or re-create the stream input settings for reastream.io. Then make sure OBS stream settings match, and try again
