Question / Help Why are my streams so choppy no matter what settings I try

Hello, I'm trying to enter the world of streaming on twich but no matter what I try I am unable to get my stream running in a smooth manner. My pc specs are intel i5 6600k, nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb of ram. My upload speed is about 3.5 Mbps. If someone could help me and figure out what im doing wrong would be great because im pretty sure my specs are well capable of streaming in 720p
