Why am I getting black screen upon OBS startup?

I am trying to record and allI am getting is a black screen. Ive tried removing the source, re adding it, ive tried using different ports. I have OBS at high priority, and nothing I do seems to work. It is not greyed out. Here is my log. https://obsproject.com/logs/GotZNKVCgTaEYesS
