Question / Help Why am I dropping frames?

This is my last log. It was a test stream. I've been dropping frames when i normally dont drop any.

But my speeds are the exact same as they were before and I never dropped any frames

Quality must be at least around 70 to stream properly.

I've run that as well and the quality for each one is 0. But im getting 250 down and 12 up. (which I know isn't always the correct speeds)

And say what? They've come out 3 times in 3 weeks and the speeds are fine so they dont change anything
