It seems as if this is a common problem, but none of the common solutions such as setting compatibility mode to windows 7 or simply redownloading seem to work. Whenever I try to get onto OBS, this message comes up:
Capture8.PNG

(This is my first time using the software on any device btw)

Device Specs (Dell Laptop):
Processor: AMD A-12 9700P RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM: 12.0 GB (11.5 usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

Crash log: file below

The crash happened in the AMD graphics driver. It may help if you download the current drivers for your card from the AMD website and install it.

By the way, setting a compatibility mode for Windows 7 for some app is no common solution. It will never help. Everybody seems to use this in desperation, in the hope that it will magically fix every possible error, but in fact it will not help at all. Every single application that has a version released in the last 2-3 years is Windows 10 compatible, and 99% of the older applications as well. The real candidates for Windows 7 compatibility settings are some weirdly programmed inhouse business applications of bigger companies the public will never see.

Don't go to that website. The solutions are not helpful trivial stuff that won't work, and they try to make you download some kind of snakeoil malware-like scareware diagnosis/fix-it-all software that pollutes your PC doing nothing while asking money for it.
