I have read and re-read every bit of information to fix it. I have even re-installed my own system with my games and drivers. Added extra memory to my system. I lowered my setting to the minimum while playing Shadowlands. Ran the software for servers and bitrates. I have even contacted my ISP, spectrum, to make sure that things are not being throttled or held back. But nothing is helping. I only have the game, discord and obs studio running. I was able to stream before with no problem. I know its not the ideal computer, but it worked fine before. Also I am plugged into the modem. Need help please. My guild uses my videos to help get better.
