Question / Help White screen on zoom encrypted meeting

Hi, I'm pretty new to OBS, so I think the problem is mine, maybe there's a better way to do that.
I want to register a Zoom meeting but if I try to capture a windows and I set it to Zoom, when the meeting start OBS show only white background inside the Zoom windows, but the meeting is going well.
So for the moment I capture all monitor, but maybe is not the best.

Do you have any better solution?

Update windows to 1903 or newer
Update OBS to a 25.x version
Set the window capture method on the window capture of zoom to windows graphics capture
