Question / Help White Preview Screen When Attempting to Record

I've been trying to record Princess Connect Re:Dive on PC to show combat to some friends, but I can't get the game to display. Audio is being picked up, and it also picks up my cursor when I scroll my mouse over the program when it's "on top," but I otherwise just get a white screen. I messed with some settings for video output and advanced video settings, but nothing helps and now I've even forgotten the settings I had working so many years ago.

OBS is out of date. You may wish to update to the latest, which is 23.1

You appear to be using a laptop or a machine with both an integrated and discrete GPU. If you're dealing with an app that can't be captured by game capture, you may need to use display capture for it-- but to do that you will need to have OBS set to run on your integrated GPU.
