White Noise/Audio Interference when live-streaming from OBS

Hello, I am live-streaming to Facebook Live via OBS. I just recently got a new desktop and I am having issues with the audio. The microphones are coming through fine, but there is a loud white noise or something coming through as well. This is happening on my video and I’m my monitor headphones. I am using a Scarlett Solo interface along with a Mackie mixer. My desktop is an ibuypower gaming desktop. I currently have the noise suppression filter active on OBS because that seems to help a bit, but not completely. Please help, I obviously do not know what I’m doing.

OBS does not perform any processing on audio sources; it outputs whatever it gets.
Lots of things that could be causing this. If you're using condenser mics, they are designed to be used between 3-6" from your mouth. They also capture EVERY SOUND IN THE ROOM, as they're designed for use in acoustically-controlled studio settings. So the white noise could be just your computer fans.
Also, if your mics don't have their Gain set correctly (gain is *not* a volume knob!) you may have an extremely high noise floor.

Usually a combination of the two, with the mic too far away, and the gain cranked up to try to compensate.
