According to this article, WHIP in OBS supports Simulcast, however the Simulcast settings do not show up on the Stream page (see screenshot).
We checked this on MacOS and Windows versions, we are on the latest OBS (31.0.1 64-bit). Do we need to enable Simulcast somewhere?
