Question / Help While Streaming In-Game 100% more Ping(ms) ?

Hello Guys,
I moved into a new Flat.
Now I have 50.000 Download and 10.000 Upload.

So I tried to stream League of Legends @ 1080p/60 - 5000kbit/s, and my Ping increased from 32ms to 67ms ...
Than I tried @ 720p/60 - 3500kbit/s - but anyway 32ms -> <65ms

When I ping google.com I have 20ms without streaming, while streaming 21-22ms


Someone knows a solution ?
(Already activated Low-Latency in OBS)

I will send the log later..
but I don't think that it will help, because OBS works fine - only my ping in League of Legends is too high while streaming
