Question / Help While streaming certain games audio pops when doing certain actions with a controller.

I noticed that with two games that i played, one being Little Nightmares and the other Hob, there was a sound triggering everytime i did a specific action with the controller, like pressing square or r2, the sound it's audio popping in the background and it's only hearable by the viewers and not by me.
Any way to solve this problem?
