While streaming a game, Discord seems to make OBS crash.

For almost a month now, I have this new problem that is kind of not understandable.
I tried once to stream League Of Legends, and during this stream, OBS kept crashing, making my pc fully crash and forcing me to restart it (froze my pc).

I explain :
I never had a blue screen during any of my streams.
When I prepare my stream (launching my game, THEN starting my stream) it almost every time makes OBS crash and at the same moment Discord is crashing/restarting.
(Discord crashes even if I'm not in any voice channel or in any call)
It only does this when I stream games, but not CS:GO.

Yesterday, I streamed World of Warcraft and Discord and OBS crashed after only 2 minutes.

I tried every thing for a month :
- Re installing OBS
- Deleting all Discord Files then uninstall/reinstall it
- Updating my PC/GPU etc...
- Creating a huge driver space on my PC by deleting games/files

It seems like I'm having trouble with both Discord and OBS since sometimes my mic isn't detected in OBS, my webcam (Logitech Stream Cam) is a black screen (restarting OBS/Logitech doesn't work), before crashing, some of my sources disappear or when closing OBS, it can last almost an hour if I'm not closing it in my task Manager.

My PC is performing enough for streaming or launching games, since it worked for almost a year without problems in OBS, and I can play without any issue (with Discord launched) when I'm not streaming.

Here are my specs (I'm on Windows 10) :

I'm really desesperate and I don't know what to do anymore to solve the problem...
