Hello guys
im newbie here.

i used obs studio
and currently im using Logitech webcam c270 for the microphone input.
and that is bad.

i want to play games with home theatre speakers 5.1 (not headphones) while streaming. but i am having problem that the sound go into the microphone and will cause double sound on stream. because when i used the c270 microphone and used the speaker, it create a lot of noise and it is really annoying for viewers.

which type of microphone is the best for this situation?

- condenser microphone
- lavalier microphone
or - shotgun microphone?

and i also need recommendation microphone product. im kinda short on money so i hope i can get somethin below 50$

sorry for my bad english
and thank you

This isn't really an OBS support question, but I'll do my best to help. In general speakers and microphones are a really bad idea together, which is why every professional streamer uses headphones or earphones to stream. Using speakers will cause echo for anyone listening to your mic, and nasty feedback if you're monitoring your mic through your speakers. If you're dead set on using speakers you'll need a highly directional mic, especially with 5.1 speakers and having two of them behind you. Lav mics are generally omnidirectional (some are cardioid), and will pick up a lot from the speakers. Condenser microphones are merely a technology and you can have many different types and pickup patterns so I'm not quite sure what you mean by that (if you mean a Large Diaphragm Condenser like the AT2035 used by a lot of streamers then definitely not because it will pick up way too much from the speakers). A shotgun would be your best bet because of the directionality, but you're not likely to find a shotgun (least of all a decent one) for below $50.

I can't stress enough how much of a bad idea it is to use speakers to stream, but if I can't convince you to use headphones you'll definitely need to up your budget for a workable solution.

i am thinking that if i use lavalier microphone or shotgun, i might be able to tweak it trough tresshold closed and open filter.
how about that? do u think it will work?

If it's picking up background audio, that will still come through when you're talking. You want it to not be picking up background audio at all, or at the very least, reduce the amount it's picking up by as much as possible and then use the noise suppression filter to clean up the rest.

The noise suppression should be like -60db? how about the closed tresshold? what would you recommend?
anyway, yesterday some viewers claim that my stream is very laggy even though i put up 2000 bitrate without custom buffersize and cpu usage at superfast
rescale output to 720
and checklist the enforce streaming service encoder settings.

i have 50 megabits download and 5megabits upload speed
can i get some recomendation?
