Which source should I use? (Dual PC Settings)

Hello guys,
First of all, I apologize for my bad English.

I want to streaming with my two PC. Here is my setup;

Streaming PC: i7 12700 CPU, 3060 Ti GPU
Gaming PC: i9 13900K CPU, 3070 GPU

Which source should I use on the streaming computer, x264 or nvenc?
