11 kb/s? that’s trash u can’t stream
11 mb/s? that’s good u should be able to stream 1080p as long as its consistent
11 gb/s u working at NASA?
So I assume its 11 mb/s
In OBS at the top you should see some options>click tools>Auto-Configuration Wizard>and choose what you are going to use it for (streaming) from my experience this tool works great.
you got some oke specs so you should be able to stream just fine.
