Which Linux configuration will work perfectly with OBS to stream to YouTube

Hi there,

I'm trying to relay a Zoom meeting to YouTube (not using the Zoom "broadcast to RTMP" feature on the server), but directly on my PC.
I tried with my aging Windows laptop to stream thanks to OBS, and it does not work, as the encoding is way too much for the machine.
I tried with my more recent Linux laptop running Ubuntu 18.04, and the machine is struggling...
The two machines sport bad integrated graphic chipsets.
So, I think I will have to buy another machine to allow me to use OBS studio. I don't know yet what to get. I saw the Dell G5 15 SE laptop, and the NUC8i7HVK NUC, but...
I would really prefer using Linux, and I don't know which graphic chipsets are working well with OBS studio in recent versions of Linux distros...
It would not be the end of the world if I had to use Windows, but it would be way better for me to use Linux.

Can anyone help? Has anyone a proven working combo?

Thanks a bunch.
