Question / Help Which is better option

I want to record [NO Streaming] using my 1080p Logitech Webcam. Theoretically Which will/should give better quality recording if setting parameters are kept same (1) logitech Software/Youcam Software (2) OBS Studio

While asking this question, i have in my mind the "scene" feature used by OBS so logical reply should be based keeping that in mind. Please advise me on this . One more query along with this: Do all recording softwares need to create a scene first . Does this step of creating a scene lessen the video quality ?

Nobody to explain this ??????? Hey Mods, i am sure you all must be knowing how OBS works and how the other softwares like Logitech, youcam work !! Please clear this doubt about the better option.
