Question / Help where to find browser source URL field?

Just downloaded the OBS Studio full install (64bit Windows) and am trying to set up my Twitch stream.. but I am stuck since I cannot find the browser source anywhere. I am totally new to all this and cannot find any information that shows the latest version in regards to the browser source plugin that is supposed to have been included with my install. Is there some issue I am unaware of, just blind, or should I be downloading the older CRL browser source plugin found here on the website that said it should be already on my system? Please help I am starting to go crazy lol.

Under your source list click + And add your browser source.

The browser plugin is available in the obs installer that you get from the site.
