Where movies are saved in a path on Mac

I'm very new at this - the app, recording and all.
I did the test, as outlined in the Getting Started section, but when I stop recording, it tells me that the movie was saved in a path (users/myName/Movies).
However, I have no idea on the Mac where that is, and what the name of the movie is. I searched for "Movies" but nothing came up to match the path.
Can someone help me on this?

In the menu bar with OBS open, you can show the recordings folder with the option in the file menu.

Both these answers were great. I just recently got a new Macbook Pro after not having used a Mac in many years. TFE - thanks so much. It probably sounds very parochial, but I had totally forgotten how to get the HD on the desktop. With your answer and a quick search in Google, I was up and running -
Harold - being totally new to OBS, you helped me a lot. I had kept looking all over the studio portion of OBS and couldn[t find anything. Once you mentioned the File Menu - DOAH! I looked up and there it was.
Thanks to both of you for the help.
