Question / Help Where is my scene?

Please can somebody help me. Yeah I have russian OBS now, but my OBS is not working. Where is scene?? Can Somebody help me?

And where is the sound things ? :/ I think OBS Looks like this right? But not mine ;-;

Do this menu item:

View > Reset UI

It looks like you've hit the "studio mode" button and then also fullscreened the part of the window, either closing or obscuring the other palettes (Scenes, Sources, Mixer, Controls).
