Question / Help Where has the 'Allow 61-120 FPS entry in video settings' Gone??

I have noticed that the latest version of OBS has stopped working for people who have GSync monitor setups.

In version 0_658B there was an option labeled as 'Allow 61-120 FPS entry in video settings' if you did not enable this and had a GSync setup the recording would fail when you ended it but with this option enable it wasn't an issue.

Why was this option removed?

Wheres the option to add any framerate you want, all i have is a drop down menu with 60 being the highest. If i switch to Integer Framerate then i can input 120fps but then when i click on 'Start Recording' it never starts!

You shouldn't be recording at 120fps anyway, it's pretty intensive for the system.
Anyway, post a log

Heres my log file,

Ive noticed as soon as a start to record (still on desktop) i get the notification in the bottom of the OSB window, 'Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset'. I have a GTX1070 so would have though these settings wouldn't be too much!?

EDIT: I have tried changing from CQP, 20, High, 5.1 to CBR, 1000, main, 4.1 and i still get the Encoding overload message as soon as i start to record. Seems odd that Nvidia's Shadowplay can record at much higher settings than these and not have an issue at capturing footage!?

Even changing the res to 1920x1080@60fps still gives the overload message :(

No matter if i use NVENC, QuickSync or x264 and what ever settings for any of them im always losing about 14% of my frames for the same benchmark test in gears of war 4 that im using as a test capture.

An interesting thing is when im using OBS at the end of the Gears Of War 4 benchmark it reports an average framerate of 52fps i tested the same benchmark with Nvidia's Shadowplay and the benchmark report an average framerate of 81fps!!.

So not only is Shadowplay able capture all frames with no loses its a lot less of a performance hog!!, i knew Shadowplay would have been slightly better but i had no idea the gap would have been so large, thats almost a 20fps difference and OBS isnt even able to capture all frames!!....that's some black magic Nvidia is using here!!!

If only Shadowplay had an option to capture constant framerates rather than variable!

Does Game Capture produce better performance than Display Capture?, im having to use the same sort of setting for shadowplay as well at the moment as that doesn't allow you to capture the actual game and you need to turn on the monitor capture mode.

What do you think the likely hood of OBS being able to capture UWP games in the future?
