Question / Help Where can I find the number of dropped frames while recording?

So I'm recording and I'm borderline 100% GPU Usage and I know that effects my frame rate of my recording as OBS has less resources, but my recordings still look decent. I was wondering if someone could show me where I could find the exact amount of dropped frames so I can say whether or not it's worth lowering settings.
