Where are VST reaplugs configuration stored?

So i have installed reaplugs and configured them nicely. I also have installed a mini vst host (LightHost) in my pc that can use the same plugins( for discord etc).
My question is, where is the configuration for each dll stored? is it saved in base of the program that is using it or is it the same for every program(obs, lighthost etc?
i am using windows, so if you know the folder directory please post it

I copied some configurations done in OBS to the reafir plugin to use in Equalizer APO. In my case, I found these configurations stored in a JSON file here (where <SCENE> is the name of the file/scene in OBS, by default named Untitled.json):

%APPDATA%\Roaming\obs-studio\basic\scenes\<SCENE>.json

C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\basic\scenes
