Question / Help Whenever I hit stream PC lost connection to the internet

Hello,

I am using NDI Output to stream with my laptop.
Whenever I try to stream my streaming pc lost its connection. Not for just obs. The entire pc losts the connection and reconnects back in a few second after I stop streaming. Sometimes it needs a restart to reconnect (it doesn’t ask or anything I just restart).
Sometimes it happens immediately sometimes it takes up to 5 mins. I don’t know how can I fix the issue. I’ve tried different cables. Results are the same. I’ve been pinging google for like 15 mins and no disconnects so far but whenever I start to stream with obs boom it goes dark.

• Recording seems fine.

(Without NDI, I just opened a game and tried to stream this time it doesn't stream smoothly it supposed to send the data with 3500kbps but it shows 500 to 1500). I was streaming with this setup months ago and nothing has changed since then. I don't know what's causing this issue.

UP. I don't think anyone could have gotten into this kind of problem. I can't even think why is this happening.
