When using NVIDIA NOISE REMOVAL filter (Nvidia Broadcast SDK) and the mic is phisically muted the obs gives encoder error

I have a microfone that has a physical mute button (razer seiren x)

Ive been experiencing encoder errors for a long time and I never understood why.

Now I noticed that happens everytime I physically mute the mic.

As it seems the filter is trying to hard to reduce the noise but the microphone is not sending any noise this makes the filter work to hard and it crashes the encoder (at least I believe so.) I know i can mute in OBS but sometimes I want to mute everywhere even discord. This is a issue and should be solved

This enconder does not crash in the imediate instant as I mute the mic, but after like some minutes. or seconds , I dont specifically know how long

Do you have OBS log-file from this session (from the time when the error occurred)? Attach it here, please.

The error is always max audio buffering
And I managed to know exacly what is causing the issue. Its when NVIDIA filter called

Now theres something new happening. When i try to open obs it takes forever (never loads) until i open a new instance then both open automatically.

This happens everytime.

I disabled this filter. it works with no issues.

I know its this nvidia thing is broken

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

This is how to get the log-file:
you can find manually required one (by the date) and attach it here.
