Question / Help When trying to stream FPS drops making game unplayable

When playing counter strike i usually get an fps at around 100, if i open OBS it drops to around 15 making the game so laggy i cant play. I have syphon injected the csgo which helped a little, and using game capture not display capture.

On what FPS are you trying to stream?
What resolution ? Down scale ?
Waht up-stream do you have ?
How many Bit are you using for youre stream ?
