Question / Help When trying to capture a window it captures the entire screen (Fixed)

So basically I have been streaming with obs software for a while now and have never run into this issue before but every time I try and stream a specific window it will stream my entire monitor I have tried restarting my pc and installing the recent obs update but i am still getting this issue please help :)
