In Japan, there is the streaming service named "Niconico Live".
This service can be broadcasted in 30 min by default, and 30 min later, the server hangs up on the current session. Therefore, we should start the next session every 30 min.
In this case, OBS doesn't recognize that this previous session was no longer available. OBS is trying to reconnect this invalid session many times and never stops streaming. Then OBS crashes.

> 02:03:51: authenticating publisher
> 02:03:51: HandShake, client signature does not match!
This problem didn't occur ver.0.10.x. It could recognize the closed session and stopped streaming. This problem occurs only 0.11.x.
So, ver.0.11.1 may have the bugs in the session management.
(1)A case if the session was closed by the server, OBS couldn't recognize this and never stop reconnecting.
(2)In this case, OBS should stop to reconnect the session, but hangs up.
