Question / Help When streaming, why do I get mouse lag/stuttering?

Whenever I use x264 encoding with my i5 4670K, I always get a frame drop and my mouse begins to stutter and lag. Especially when I play cs:go or other high end games. League of Legends is fine though.

Same issue, but I even get it without streaming. I figured it was the preview. Thing is that suddenly this issue started to happen. I could stream fine few days ago.

Same, but not without streaming, only when streaming.
