when starting OBS audio breaks every 5 seconds.

when using OBS every 5 seconds the audio stops working and you cant hear anything its not even just when im recording its just when i have it open thats when it breaks this is very annoying because now i just cant record anymore please someone now how to fix this i will be very grateful
