I'm moving your thread to the proper Mac forum.

also, you have a really old dualcore CPU so downscaling to the lowest will be a necessity.

you are lowering it because your CPU usage is to high for you and the video is lagging.

OBS just doesn't capture raw video and send it to twitch, that would be huge, it captured, then translates it to a readable form (NV12) then downscales then encodes, not in this particular order.

Anyway, CoredDuos are not strong CPUs so if you want to encode without lag, I suggest you buy a better PC for encoding or buy a GPU with hardware encoder (h264) or upgrade your motherboard and CPU

OR

downscale further like I suggested.

This is a duplicate of another thread you already made. I'm deleting the other one. Don't post duplicate threads.

That log is incomplete. Can you please post a log where you do a short recording, then restart OBS and then upload your "Last" log file?

And it is all what i need to change?
try it and see. unfortunately the logfiles from OBS MP dont tell me how your Pc is handling it and you didn't really record long enough to do anything but post a logfile. best to record for at least 5 minutes then post a log. but that wouldn't tell me much more anyway.

you keep changing things and which is why I cannot help you fine tune this. which again your CPU is weak.

Code:
16:27:08.678: [x264 encoder: 'recording_h264'] preset: placebo
16:27:08.678: [x264 encoder: 'recording_h264'] tune: film

Quit touching things that you dont know what they do! dont use tune film and set the preset to veryfast and dont touch it again.

my ONLY advice for you to livestream is to get a GPU with hardware encoding to take the load off your CPU and it will also help you in games. nvidia uses NVENC and AMD uses VCE, to which even the more modern low end GPUs will have this feature,
Nvidia: 7XX or 9XX series GPUs i believe
AMD: most 7XXX, some R5 200, most R7 200, and all R9 200/300 gpus
