Question / Help When recording there is no sound

Hey,

I've got a problem, my obs studio is okey when i stream ( sound, etc).

When i want record, i don't have anything on sound. The video is ok but i've no sound.

Please help me !

Use VLC to play back your recordings.

Windows media player (and Films and TV, the new name for it) have a 15+ year history of bad media format support.
If VLC plays back the recordings fine with both audio and video, then the problem is NOT in the recordings and is NOT in obs.

You need to play the recorded video file with a player that understands how the audio is encoded. VLC from videolan.org will do that.
