Question / Help When Recording, Recording Looks Bad

Whenever I'm recording, the final video looks terrible.
I even bumped up the bit rate to the max and it was still bad.
Can anyone give me their settings? [Make the video look good!] (1920x1080)

Include a log file. I suggest if you are recording games that are more graphics tense, set the bitrate to 12,000 and if you have an NVIDIA graphics card, or any graphics card that is NVIDIA such as a GTX 1060, then make sure your encoder is set to NVENC h.264
