Question / Help When recording a steam game recording is choppy and sometimes screen won't change

Hi I use a Inspiron 15 5000 gaming pc with RX Radeon and Amd FX 7th gen and when ever I record a steam game like Cs:go when I look back the recording is very laggy and Sometimes the screen won't even change. Do any of you have a solution to my problem.

did you try lower video settings for your recordings?

did you try record to another device (USB3 HDD/SSD or 2nd interneral HDD/SSD)?
