Question / Help When OBS Studio is open my frames are limited to around 20fps

As the title says, My frames are stuck on 20fps when OBS is open and when recording it is about the same. However when OBS isn't open, my frames are back up to average. Not sure if it's a setting I've accidently turned on or something. Anyone have any ideas? Here's my log. https://gist.github.com/478b652b7e7ab8db6e2fbae7aac73d79

That log doesn't show OBS as being the problem.

You got a ton of these in your log. Avoid fullscreen capture of Google Chrome (i.e F11). OBS Studio blacklists certain programs in Game Capture, Chrome being one of them

Use Display Capture instead.

Why are you trying capture at 240FPS?
