When OBS starts capturing, my computer starts to slow down and fps drops significantly

When OBS starts capturing my computer starts to slow down and the fps drops significantly. (Not just in game.)

My system:
CPU: Intel i5-10200H
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GTX 1650 (Latest Driver)
Windows 11 22H2 (Updated)

OBS settings:
I have just installed the OBS and I am using default settings.
Encoder: Hardware (NVENC, H264)
Recording Quality: High Quality, Medium File Size
Recording Format: mkv.
