I can be playing OW without OBS open and the game feels great, no choppiness at all and the frame rate never dips below 144, but the minute I open up my OBS to stream it My game stays at 144 fps but feels really choppy and almost like its tearing. Any one know a fix for this??

I7 7700k
Zotac AE 1070
16gb 3000mhz
Also on a dual monitor setup both of which are 144hz and that is what both are set at
If you guys would like a log I can give one, just didn't think it would be viable because it happens without me streaming and it happens in other games than just in OW
