Hi, I don't know if this is common but I can't seem to find help anywhere with my situation. Anyways, I have a GTX 1080, 16GB of ram, and a i7600k. I'm trying to get into streaming on Twitch but whenever OBS is open (Not streaming, not reocrding just opened) I go from 300 frames on Guitar Hero 3 to 24 and it doesnt change. It's either 24 or 25. I don'5 have V-Sync on or anything like that. I tried reinstalling and it work the first time I opened it but once it closed and opened again it when back. I even tried classic OBS but it still had the same problem. If anyone can help me that would be amazing! Thanks so much for your time.
Question / Help When OBS is open, I go to 24 frames.

Limiting FPS is recommended but this is strange behaviour. Please post a log from a recording/streaming session: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/please-post-a-log-with-your-issue-heres-how.23074/

I have the exact same problem.. Nothing I've been told has worked so far.

I'm guessing that the GPU is being overloaded leaving little room to render the stream on OBS. While posting a log is indeed a must, check the guide in my signature anyways.
