Bug Report When OBS crashes, it disables my C920 logitech webcam until PC reboot ?

Hey guys,
For some reason when I quit OBS MP, it crashes (everytime) and my C920 webcam from logitech stays on (I can tell, from the blue LEDs remaining on, they shut down once the webcam is usually not in use any more).

When I restart OBS MP, it cannot display my webcam anymore until I reboot the PC.

I thought this was an interesting bug.

That's not the crash log, that's the regular log.

Looks like something in whatever browser source you have is causing the crash.

All my browser sources come from TNotifier, one is from Nightdev's Kappachat (which I added only yesterday, not sure if that's causing the issue)

Will look into this !

Edit : apparently there is an instance of obs64.exe still active in my task manager that I have to kill for the webcam to become once again available, interesting

Update :
When I quit OBS using the "Exit" button, the issue occurs.
It does not occur when I quit using the top right corner X (windows) button.
