Question / Help When i watch a recorded video it looks all choppy and laggy

I have no problem with the in game frames when im playing but when I go back and watch the recording it looks real choppy im not sure what i need to change

Turn Off Windows 10 Game DVR (and Game Mode, if possible) and don't use game caputre + monitor capture in the same scene (just use game capture for games) and if the GPU is running into a bottleneck (more than 95% GPU load while gaming), you need to limit your ingame fps.
