Question / Help When I turn off OBS, task manager shows 20++ OBS-BROWSER and 100% CPU

Does anyone know why this is happening? I have to manually shut down each one by one, and in the process it freezes my computer. Why are there 20+ obs-browsers loaded?

While I am running OBS, it seems to be fine. When I exit, this is when things seem to load and do not shut down unless in task manager.

I had this issue as well, but in my case it only happened whenever OBS crashed (custom FFMPEG output)
