so if i switch my obs studio video settings from 30 fps, to 60 fps my computer lags. specifically, im watching a past twitch broadcast at 720p60. I test this on youtube, 720p60 videos play fine. but it leads me to believe, what else does this effect? why is it happening? i am not live, nor is it recording or anything like that. i checked all the settings and did not see any redflags.
Also, if i switch profiles on obs so that i am under a profile with no stream key, it does not cause a problem. Soon as i enter a stream key, it causes the issue. Rest of computer seems to run fine. Both video players are not fullscreen, just default video player in the browser.
My computer is a 5820k 4.4 stable overclock, 1080 founders edition, 32gb ddr4 ram. Hardware should not be the issue here. My internet speed is 350 down, 23 up. If someone can help me understand this better, i would appreciate it.
