Question / Help When I stream On Youtube/Twitch My Stream Is Low Quality

When is steam on youtube or twitch my stream is low quality on youtube it says its 720p hd60 but it is very pixely.
When i first started to streaming it was perfect. And even minecraft is low quality. Can someone please help me!!!!!

streamlabs provides support for their version of obs. Not us.
And your provided log doesn't show any streaming attempt.

You're overloading your video card AND your processor.

You also should update to the current version.

Because you choose high demanding encoding settings on an 4core CPU.
"[x264 encoder: 'streaming_h264'] preset: slower"
Use preset very fast or lower resolution+framerate.

Also limit ingame fps to make sure the GPU is not loaded >95%.
