Question / Help When i stream on twitch my internet on my pc drops.

So I wanted to stream actively in the past weeks, and anywhere from 3 minutes to an hour my internet will cut out. But the weird thing is only my pc drops internet. I don't know if im missing something in the OBS setting's or maybe my internet just isnt good enough anymore? I say anymore because i use to be able to just fine for hours about 5 or 6 months ago. My CPU runs at about 40 - 50% When i stream i have the game im streaming open (Smite or csgo usually) , Stream labs, my twitch chat popped out, sometimes spotify, and of course OBS. If anyone knows a solution or can help that would be fantastic. I have included my log file from my most recent stream which was about 3 minutes before my internet on my PC cut out. And another thing i should mention is that it reconnects in 30 seconds to a minute.
