HAving issues when I stream on Twitch. The feed when watching the playback on twitch is jerky and stuttery. Couple weeks ago i was having a good solid feed, but now the feed looks garbage.

Code:
01:04:36.452: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 5485
01:04:36.452: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 3848 (5623 attempted)
01:04:36.452: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1775 (31.6%)
01:04:36.452: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Freeing 1 remaining packets
01:04:36.452: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 14/5548 (0.3%)
Some CPU overload, massive GPU overload.
Limit ingame FPS to 60, and try again.

By the way: 1080p@60fps@5000kbit/s will look pretty bad in detailed+fast games (especially with the NVENC which is less efficient than x264 @ very fast preset).

Depending on the game, just activate Vsync or use MSI Afterburner to cap FPS in RTSS.
If you are a twitch partner or you regularly have more than 100 viewers, you could increase bitrate to ~8000kbit/s.
Viewers with slower connections will be able to select the transcoded stream with less resolution/bitrate.

If not, decrease bitrate to ~3500kbit/s (so viewers with slower internet can watch the stream) and set OBS to 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080.
