Question / Help When i start stream game begins lagging

Hello Community :)
I bought a new PC 2 monts ago, here are my specs:
I got a intel core i7-6700K
a 1080 gtx Extreme Edition and so on.... so really good computer and what i dont get is, with my 4 years old computer i had before i had no laggging whatsoever when i streamed my games so i dont know what happened but i cant stream with this computer :S i didnt change my settings so i dont udnerstand whats happening :P

My internet is 30 down and 10 up
