When I open OBS only the Audio Mixer window appears

Usually OBS apears with a all the usual windows and drop down menus and options to record or stream etc. The entire screen is populated. But today I opened up and only the 'Audio Mixer' window appeared. (See Pic) And there are no options or drop down menus (so I can't produce a log). I have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail
I am running WINDOW 10/ Intel R Core i7
RAM 16gb
64 BIT
