Question / Help when i open obs no sound on YouTube videos

Hi i'm having a problem, i was trying to watch tutorials in YouTube to understand obs, and when i opened obs, the YouTube video had no sound anymore so i looked over and the video was playing but again there where no sound i try everything, pauseing and unpauseing, mute site and unmute site, and then when i close obs the volume on the video started working again. If anyone can help me please do.

You probably have a Bluetooth headset connected. If OBS is started it activates the headset and the activated headset overtakes the standard Windows sound output. Check your headset, if the youtube audio will come out of the headset in this situation.
How to prevent: after starting OBS and the sound misrouted, go to the Windows sound settings and (re-)set the audio device as default you want to listen the youtube videos with.
Or after starting OBS, go to Settings->Audio and change all audio device settings that are shown as "default" to some explicit device that must not be the Bluetooth headset. This way you prevent OBS from activating the Bluetooth headset on start, so it does not take over the default sound output.
