When i logged into my twitch account it changed my language in the twitch section on obs but twitch itself is english what did i do?

As the title says my twitch language is English but the obs version of it is Japanese i have some pictures below showing what I mean

Log in to Twitch in a browser and change it in your account setting there
The first image is setting the language description of your stream, aka you speak English on stream and want English only chat The second screenshot is setting English as the language for the OBS UI

The thing is i have language english on twitch as well or is there another option for language other than there?

To configure the language of OBS itself, configure the language in OBS.
To configure the language of the browser docks pulled from Twitch, configure the language in Twitch.

There is a 3rd language involved in web browser sessions, this is the language of your browser. As default, the OS system language is used for this. If your Windows primary language is Japanese, and the website is language-aware, it might read the browser setting and appears in Japanese.
In Chrome, you can configure the language in Settings->Advanced. However, I don't know what language the OBS-internal browser will use that is used for the docks. May be the OBS language, but may also be the OS language.

Sadly everything is set to English I don't have a single clue why this is Japanese other than this is an old twitch account and that i wanted to use again and back then I had changed things to Japanese cause I was learning Japanese at the time but i remember i changed it back so i'm really not sure whats the issue with it but i appreciate you trying to help me out but yeah i'll try some more things but i think i'll just deal with it. all my browsers are also english and on another pc it did the same thing.

If you try to change your own chat color appearance by clicking "More colours" you will be directed to a new page to purchase Twitch Turbo. On this page you press your drop down menu on your own username where "Language" will appear. Change the language to English and completely close out of OBS, relaunch it again to have the language change take effect on every Twitch connected window.
